Bruce Fielder, better known by his DJ moniker Sigala, has released his new single, a collaboration with James Arthur titled Lasting Lover.
Written by Lewis Capaldi, who is massively popular in his own right, Lasting Lover was originally written as an acoustic track. Sigala has put his own signature spin on the production of the track and transformed it into a joyous celebratory track that belies the yearning in the lyrics. Meanwhile, James Arthur’s vocal truly makes the song, with his strong baritone coming to the fore in that irresistible chorus. An absolute smash that deserves better than its UK Top 40 peak at No.27.
